Description: Medovina is an alcoholic beverage similar to Mead. It is also one of the popular Croatian souvenirs that you definitely don't want to miss during your stay in Croatia. Its has mild, yet refreshing taste and captivating golden color. Packaged in decorated bottles, quite often with an inscription of the town where is bought, it presents an ideal gift to a family member or a business partner. It is a small piece of Croatia that you can bring back home with you, reminding you of an amazing holiday.

Other culinary souvenirs that might be worth checking out are Dalmatian Prosciutto, Pag cheese, Home-made olive oil, a selection of wines such as Vrbnicka Zlahtina - a white wine made by the monks on Krk island with a long tradition, Paprenjaci (pepper cookies).
